Carriage House

For those looking for a private experience our charming two-story cottage sits behind the main house and overlooks the side garden and fountain. Features a handsome gas fireplace and two plush pullout sofas. The only room with a kitchenette, microwave, and small fridge as well as dishes and silverware so you feel right at home. Perfect for longer stays or family trips.

Our charming ADA room located near our front door and office. Has a comfortable queen-sized bed and walk in shower with three showerheads and temperature-controlled tile floors.

The Inn has a staff member on-site 24 hours and late check-ins are accommodated. If you will be checking in after 8:00 PM, the courtesy of a phone call is appreciated so that our hosts know when to expect your arrival.

BREAKFAST POLICIES
Breakfast for two is included in the cost of your stay.
If you are interested in having a friend or family member join you for breakfast there will be a fee of $15 for every extra adult breakfast and $10 for every extra child (12 and under) breakfast. You may have a maximum of 5-8 people in your group at breakfast.
Guests interested in eating in a group of 4 to 8 will be charged a gratuity fee starting at $18 with an additional $3 for every person above 4.
We ask that you contact us beforehand if planning to eat in a group.

Checkout time is 11:00 AM.
Late checkouts are possible dependent on occupancy.

At the time of your reservation, we request a credit card to reserve your stay. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. If you must cancel with less than 7 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

We accept cash, business checks, and all major credit cards.

We ask that you do not bring in candles, bubble bath, or rose petals. If you would like candles, The Inn will be happy to provide battery-powered, flickering candles during your stay. Open flame candles are strictly prohibited. Bath salts or bath fizzes are welcome.

Our Inn is a non-smoking facility and we do not allow any pets, however, we welcome service animals with the proper identification tags. Appropriate fees will be charged for violations.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES
We accept gift certificates purchased directly through Inn on the Hill. We do not participate in the gift certificate program featured on bedandbreakfast.com.

Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Unless noted, gift certificates are transferrable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
